It’s said a lot that if you’re healthy, you’re less likely to die at an earlier age. Continuous exercise and watching the amount of calories we take in helps us achieve or maintain good health.

People are more attracted to good looking people, its normal, we’re all human. Staying fit helps us look the best version of us. This doesn’t mean some that are a bit out of shape aren’t attractive though, but working out a little will definitely make us more attractive. Staying fit makes clothes fit better and look better too.
There are a lot of things that really affect people’s self-esteem and a couple of them are as a result of their physical appearance. Maybe you’re too fat, thin etc. Working out and having a good diet helps solve these physical challenges and build ones self-esteem.

Yes its true working out drains a lot of energy. But then working out regularly, makes you energized throughout the day. Studies have proved that working out during the day keeps you energized for the rest of the afternoon.
