A lot of guys are worried about how to get abs, not just two or four, the full six pack. This isn’t just an issue with guys though, but majority of the time its guys who are really bothered about this.
So how can we get this really desired 6 pack? It’s very simple, okay not so simple. First I’d like to point out that we’ve all got abs, both fat and slim. The purpose here is to reveal them, make them visible. All the guys we see around with the full 6 pack have already done that or are quite lucky to be like that as it all depends on how much fat we’ve got in our bodies and where most of it is stored.
Sit-ups, crunches and other abdominal exercises can assist by helping burn calories,. Consuming less calories than we burn, and taking in protein filled diets also help ensure that our fat levels are not going up.
In order to have our abs revealed fat levels have to be between 4-15% for guys and 12-24% for ladies as women require a higher fat percentage than men.

CRUNCHES – UPPER ABS
These are workouts for the upper abs as it works mostly the upper abs. these are about the first four abs from the top.
SCISSORS – LOWER ABS
This puts more strain on the lower abs and when done properly and continuously, reveal the lower abs
ELBOW PLANK- 6 PACK
The elbow plank is quite more effective and convenient than the upper two as it works all abs at once
SIDE PLANK- OBLIQUES
The side plank works the obliques.if you’re wondering what these are , they are the muscles which are located on the rib cage just beside abs.
WIPERS – CORE
These work the core. This is that muscle just below the abs .
