This is one big issue bugging a lot of girls out there day in day out. Trying to get really wide and nice looking hips like Nikkys or Kims. So really, is it possible to get wider hips through exercise?
First of all let’s go through the different body types. The most common description for body shapes include pear, apple, ruler, inverted triangle and hourglass.
Ladies with pear shapes commonly have narrow shoulders and wider hips
Ladies with apple shapes are much rounder in the middle with thinner legs
Ladies with ruler shapes are usually straight up and down making their shoulders, waist and hips look proportional together
Ladies with the inverted triangle shape are broad at the top with narrower hips
Finally, lades with the hourglass shape have a balanced upper and lower body with a narrow waist. This is normally the most desired shape among all five.
The fact that the hour glass shape is so desired doesn’t mean it’s the best though, because really, all body types are good in their own way.
So back to the topic. To be honest you can’t change your body shape. I’m saying this because getting wider hips means changing your body shape. A lot of women have a notion of beauty in their mind as having a slimmer upper body, a small waist, broad hips and this notion is widely propagated by social media television, magazines etc. But nothing could be farther from the truth, were all uniquely made and no particular body shape s to be considered better than the other.

Now you see that no matter your body shape you still are attractive in your own way. No need to worry about trying to change parts of your body you really don’t have much control over. All you have to do is try to be the best version of you.
